Major Composition：Fluorosilicone homopolymer raw gum and flumed silica

Feature：
· Good anti-structure property
· Excellent oil resistance and outstanding apolar solvent resistance
· Retains properties over a wide temperature range of -60-230℃

· Easily Processed and easily pigmented

Typical Properties*：

*Properties obtained using1phr heat resistance additive HFS-A-06 ， 0.55 phr 2,5-bis (tert-butylperoxy)-2,5-dimethyl hexane(DHBP) on 1.91mm slabs; molded 15 minutes at 171℃; post-cured 4 hours at 200℃. If other cure temperature is needed, the curing system for the base shall be changed. This product can be blended with fluorosilicone rubbers of other durometers to produce materials with any intermediate durometers between 20 to 80.
Applications：
· Suitable for applications as sealing materials for petroleum oil, lubricant oil, hydraulic oil, transformer oil, and apolar chemical reagents in low temperature and/or high temperature enviroments
· Suitable to produce molded, extruded and calendered parts including O-rings, gaskets, fuel-line quick-connect seals, oil seals, sealing strips, diaphragms, membranes, valves, hydraulic and electrical clamp blocks
· Widely used in automobile industry, aerospace industry, petroleum chemical industry and military industry
Package and Shipment:
· It is available in 12.5Kg per plastic bag and two bags in one carton
· It is shipped as non-dangerous goods. The product can flow because of its own gravity, so is shall be properly packaged to avoid any leakage. If it is leaked, please dispose it as non-dangerous goods.
Storage：
· It shall be stored in a dry ventilate place and its shelf life is one yea.
· It shall be stored in a neutral ventilate place to avoid contact with acidic or alkalic substances.
